This vacation rental comes with a fully equipped for carefree coastal living with essentials including a full kitchen, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. Watch cable TV from any of the multiple TVs found throughout the condo, and enjoy complimentary WiFi access for web browsing or remote working. A wet bar with a dedicated ice maker is ready for you to mix up some tropical cocktails.

The guest must pick up the key/check in packet at our office at 86 Cloverleaf Drive Unit 201 Longs, SC 29582.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was the perfect place to stay. Gated community was a plus. The room was spacious and perfect for the five of us. Pool area was great, not too crowded and they even had a snack and beverage bar. We would definitely stay there again.

This condo exceeded our expectations. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our
stay. The condo was very spacious and the views from the balcony were amazing! The property grounds and
beach were exceptional. We would definitely stay here again!

We liked the area and would stay here again but would go through a different condo. We got the run around for check in. We were told pool passes would be in the room and they weren't. Items in the room were also broken. When calling to report these things because it specifically states you'll be charged, I was told a local team would reach out to me twice and never heard from anyone. The area was beautiful but we will pick a different condo next time.
