Location was fantastic, but the hot tub was unusable due to debris floating in the cloudy water and the roof leaked. Do not know if the debris was dirt of pieces of the cover falling into the water, but did not want to chance it. It rained both days we were there, so it was disappointing not being able to utilize the hot tub. The roof leaked in multiple spots in the upstairs loft and one of the leaks in the bathroom ruined some of my wife's makeup products.
