About this house rental

Come for the home, but stay for the views! Perched along the bluffs of the Rio Grande, this home has some of the best views in the entire city. The easy access of this 4 bedroom/2.5 bath custom home to I-40 makes reaching Albuquerque's food, shopping, and entertainment venues a breeze. However, there is a good chance you won't want to leave the tranquil patio as you watch balloons with your morning coffee, or experience the setting sun paint the Sandia mountains in pinks and purples.

This home is ready for your stay, whether that is 3 days or 3 weeks. This gorgeous custom-built home has unbelievable views of the Sandias, the Bosque, and downtown. The large master suite is conveniently located on the first floor, as is the half-bath and laundry machines. The custom kitchen has been equipped with the basic kitchenware and appliances. There two living rooms for gathering/relaxing, both equipped with large televisions. There is a queen bed in each of the four bedrooms, and three of the bedrooms are equipped with televisions. The master has an ensuite bathroom with custom dual-head shower and large jetted tub, while two of the upstairs bedrooms have built in sinks/vanities and are connected to a central bathroom. There is even a commercial-grade elliptical machine ready to burn off some of those green chile calories!
The upstairs patio offers unbelievable views, and there is even a small yard out back with real grass (not something you get very often in Albuquerque)!

Other than the garage, under-stair storage, and shed in the back yard, the guests will have full access to the property.

*No additional visitors or gatherings; only the individuals listed at the time of booking are permitted at the property. In accordance with our city permit, a maximum of 8 occupants are authorized on the property at any one time.

* Pets are not allowed. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest that brings a pet onto the property.

*No smoking/vaping. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest that smokes/vapes in the home.
