Welcome to Pink Pearl North, your waterfront 1-bedroom, 1-bath stilt house nestled in the heart of Cedar Key, offering a perfect couples` getaway. This eclectic vacation rental sleeps 4 guests and features an array of antiques from around the world and adding to wonderful adventure that awaits.
The bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed with silky white bedding. The spacious and beautifully decorated room invites true relaxation, complemented by a dresser and a walk-in closet that conveniently houses a washer and dryer. The well-appointed bathroom features a shower/tub combo, a spacious vanity with a single sink, and plush towels.
The living room is open with high ceilings and is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a large TV. Whether you`re catching your favorite show or gazing out at the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico views relaxation is in the air. The west-facing orientation promises stunning sunsets over the water every evening.
The kitchen is well-equipped to meet all your cooking needs, stocked with everything from baking sheets to pots and pans, coffee to spices. A dining table for 6, located just off the kitchen, offers a cozy spot for indoor meals, and additional seating on the deck allows for al fresco dining.
Outside, enjoy unobstructed panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. As you explore the island during your stay you will soon realize you have the best view on the island.
There is an electric grill on the deck for guest use.
Pink Pearl North`s location is unbeatable, within walking distance to downtown for easy exploration of local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Fishing enthusiasts can cast their line from the shore just 50 feet from the house for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Please note that Pink Pearl North is the upper unit of a 2-level stilt house, available for separate rental. Pink Pearl South is also available, as is the entire home as a single unit. Access to the upper unit requires guests to climb 2 flights of stairs, but once inside, the home is single level.
Cedar Key is a walkable community, and Pink Pearl North`s central location allows easy exploration of the island on foot. While public transit isn`t available, the pedestrian-friendly environment encourages leisurely strolls. Golf cart or bike rentals are also an option for a fun and efficient way to get around the island.
This pet-friendly property welcomes up to 2 well-behaved dogs. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and should not be left to bark.

My husband and I came to Cedar Key for a little peace and quiet. We craved an ocean view in a niece ocean side place and this is exactly what we got. The view from the property was stunning. We walked daily to get coffee and dinner. We were walking distance and close to everything. We can't wait to come back!

I highly recommend staying at the Pink Pearl North! The condo is extremely well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Very walkable to downtown shops, restaurants, and bars. Cedar Key is a beautiful laid-back town with very friendly people! We were extremely pleased with McCormick management company, great communication. Thank you!!

Our stay was fair. The living unit was clean and well supplied. The towels were very dingy, dingy white. The little town “Cedar Key” was not as described as in your advertisement. Several places closed up, no longer in operation. The so called beach area was a disaster, very cluttered with debris. It should also be noted that if you need to purchase any groceries, you’ll travel about 25 or so miles to another town with a grocery store. Be prepared for approximately 36 steps to the second level living unit. Definitely not really for older people ( I had total reconstruction of my foot, and my wife had just broke 2 bones in her leg and had a titanium rod from knee to ankle two months earlier). Your staff was pleasant in dealing with.
