About this house rental
Beautifully renovated home close to Woodland Park, Columbia Academy downtown Columbia, and Maury Regional Hospital. New roof, kitchen, Bathrooms, closets, paint, drywall, fixtures, including a newly finished basement with over 900 sq ft of space for entertaining or 4th bedroom with his and her closets. Lots of storage space and closet space. Large living room and large dining room for family Relax in the sun room or the screened-in porch. Lots of hardwood flooring and a large utility room that can also be used as a hobby room. Woodland Park is around the corner, with nice shelters, a large pond, a playground, disc golf, and tennis courts. All bathrooms are on the main level.

There was ample room to spread out. Enjoyed having a kitchen to cook meals and property is near stires. Worked very well for our needs. If you’re needing to utilize the basement fir sleeping, consider bringing a blow up matress. Sleeper sofas are usually not very comfortable

Great location to Softball Complex. Had issue with plumbing but it got taken care right away. I would definitely rec

The place is huge as advertised. and decent. but as we stayed there we were slowly finding things that were broken or they didn't have. I guess there are no rules on what they must supply but very limited if you cook a meal and store it in frig. There are no instructions on how to work tv's, very complex, had to call someone over to figure it out.
-1 dollar store handled mixing container, no strainer but all the basics are there otherwise.
-only one hinge on the master bedroom has a screw in it so the door barely stays on
-very slow drains on toilets and showers. water backs up
-master bathroom plug doesn't work to blow-dry hair
-master bathroom shower curtain is so short water goes all over the floor. (we fixed it)
-master tv says no signal, won't work.
-2nd bathroom, as soon as you slide the curtain, the curtain falls in spots due to broken or missing rings
Everything was fine and we could deal with it all but just annoying to spend sooo much and have all the things not right. We mainly picked this place for the finished basement space. no bathroom downstairs and very cold compared to rest of house so we didn't even use it.
