A stunning central fireplace creates the perfect ambiance on the those wintery nights with an additional reverse cycle to keep you comfy all year around, plus free wifi and super-sized TV to keep everyone entertained.
Recently renovated this home has polished concrete, newly laid carpet, crisp white walls & luxurious soft furnishings throughout. The layout is ideally suited to a family with the master suite positioned at one end, with your own ensuite, walk in robe and external access.
The living space divides the home and at the other end you find another 3 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. A lovely deep bath creates the perfect spot to rest your weary bones after a day of adventure and a separate toilet and laundry adds that extra bit of convenience.
Each bedroom has an overhead fan for added comfort in the warmer months and a central reverse cycle & wood fire to keep the heart of the home super cosy.

4 days @ Sanctuary 33 Bright. Property photographs better than it actually is. Cheap makeover, so glad we got to stay before it gets knocked about, it won't take long. Bathrooms awful, odor, and couldnt open window in ensuite. Actually couldn’t open most windows, they have been painted over closed, or painted open and not dried properly before closing. My pet hate, not being able to open windows. Main bedroom cold, needs heater, and be warned you can't use the walk in robe, its locked. Bed pretty new, but cheap, already squeaks😒 Loved the fireplace❤️it was my must have for this trip, and we loved it. Living area needs a fan to circulate heat better as air con and fireplace are stuck down one end of the good size living space. Needs a square rug with coffee table to set in L shape lounge, which is very comfortable, but low and awkward to get up from.....just saying 😬 Quiet street, no barking dogs in vicinity, short stroll to river and town, fab location.
