This beautiful fully-equipped 1-bedroom apartment is located on The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai's very popular landmark, and has a view on the garden.
Available to you are on-premise BEACH and POOL and fully equipped apartment with stocked kitchen with everything needed to live.
Neighboring our residency is a famous 5-star hotel Zabeel Saray with great restaurants, bars, and cafés, where you have 30% DISCOUNT.
Please note that the view can be obstructed by some construction.
Bedroom: king bed and a 50-inch QLED Smart-TV, leads to master bathroom.
Master bathtroom: a bathtub as well as toilet and bidet. All bathrooms are equipped with shampoo and shower gel.
Living room: 55-inch QLED Smart-TV, a wifi router with 250mb speed, a dining table, and a sofa-bed that comfortably sleeps 2. Another (5th) person can sleep on another sofa-bed. The room also leads to a balcony with 2 comfortable seats, a coffee table, and a view.
Guest bathroom: accesible from the living room and has a toilet and a shower.
KITCHEN: fully equipped with everything you could ever need: dishes, pans and pots, toaster, coffee-machine, dishwasher, cooking stove, etc.

3. Parties, loud music, or any immoral activities are not allowed.
4. Opening the balcony window for an extended period with the AC on is not allowed.
5. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited; please only smoke on the balcony with the door closed.
6. Guests found smoking inside will incur a fine of AED 1000 to cover cleaning and deodorizing costs.
