About this house rental
Beautiful contemporary house from 2001 ideally located between land and sea: Gulf of Morbihan 7 km and ocean 10 km.
The house is bright and has all the comforts of a main house (spacious kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, outdoor plancha...). You can recharge your batteries by the pool by enjoying a beautiful landscaped garden of 2,500 m2, play table tennis or share an aperitif on the terrace.
The cycle path in front of the house will allow you to go to the village in less than 5 minutes by bike or 15 minutes on foot. All amenities are present in Surzur: Intermarché, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, summer market and an aquatic center with slides.
Possibility to park your vehicles in the property.
The house located on the Rhuys peninsula will be the ideal place to discover all of southern Brittany (17 km from Vannes...)
The house is non-smoking and does not accept pets.
