Ferienhaus Heimathafen

Our 89-square-meter vacation home, furnished with great care, is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac, 200 meters from the dike.

Up to 4 people (+1 toddler) will feel right at home in our cozy house with its south-facing garden. The garden is fully fenced, making it perfect for your four-legged friend to relax and play. The property covers 400 square meters. 

For enjoyable time outdoors, our house features lounge chairs, a beach chair, chairs, and a grill. Younger guests will love the sandbox, two swings, and outdoor toys.

The vacation home has 2 bedrooms (2 single beds, 1 double bed) and a bathroom with shower and toilet, featuring heated floors. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washer and dishwasher, microwave, and ceramic cooktop, among other amenities.

Dining and living room with a fireplace, 55-inch smart TV, stereo radio (CD-MP3/AM/FM/DAB+/Internet radio/Bluetooth), free Wi-Fi, sunroom, garage, and parking space. Bicycles are available for rent for a small fee.

You can charge an electric car using the wallbox; this will be billed separately. The rate is €0.49 per kWh. 

Electricity, gas, water, and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price.

You’ll have everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and stress-free vacation.

 Enjoy the beautiful North Sea coast with mudflat hikes in the healthy North Sea air in the Wadden Sea Nature Park, days spent swimming, long walks along the dike, bike tours, or a visit to the seal sanctuary in Friedrichskoog. Additional recreational activities are available in the surrounding area. Wellness and spa facilities are available in town.

There are plenty of bicycles available. Price: 15,- € / week / bike.
 
- Our roof was renovated, re-roofed, and insulated in 2025. It is now completely asbestos-free!
- The addition of a dormer window has created more living space; a second bathroom will be built there in 2027.
- The flooring in the bedrooms has been replaced with real wood parquet.
- Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or rent them for a fee.
- Linen package per person: €15.00 (beds are not made up).
- Contents: 1 pillowcase, 1 duvet cover, 1 flat sheet, 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, 1 dish towel
- Please bring your own bedding for a toddler bed.
 
On the day of arrival:

- Any pre-existing damage must be reported to us immediately upon entering the house (please do not wait until days later or until departure).
- If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the house, please report this immediately on the day of arrival.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
