The Linhay is a single-storey barn conversion housing an open-plan livnig space with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite bathroom and a twin with en-suite shower. Outside there is a patio with furniture and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.9 miles there is a shop and pub and please note, two dogs are welcome. Sorry, there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is also a travel cot and highchair, available on request. The Linhay is a wonderful place for a rural escape to Devon. Short breaks will only be accepted for 3 night or more.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
Town: A delightful, traditional village set between Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks in rural mid-Devon. The mid-Devon location leaves you spoilt for choice with moors, beaches and stunning Devon countryside to explore. This peaceful village is a great spot for a relaxing holiday with its 16th century pub and convenient SPAR shop. Lapford is an ancient village at it's heart - its origins can be traced back to the Iron Age Celts and it was mentioned in the Domesday Book. Lapford's playing field provides a great open space for ball games and there is a childrens playground. Lapford train station offers access to the many nearby charming mid-Devon towns and villages. The cosmopolitan city of Exeter with its wonderful architecture lies within 30 minutes driving distance. The nearest well-stocked town is Crediton just 9 miles away and a 20 minute drive.
