Cozy Home close to Restaurants and Coffee Shops- Children Amenities - nestled in the Lively Tower Grove Neighborhood of Downtown St. Louis!
Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by a modern living area, generously furnished for your comfort. Venture down the hall to the expansive kitchen, fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals for any occasion. The kitchen boasts bar seating, gas appliances, and a dishwasher for added convenience. The first bedroom features a king bed and a day bed with a trundle for additional sleeping space. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a dedicated play area, perfect for children. The bathroom provides a shower/tub combo, inviting you to unwind at the end of the day. As an extra touch of comfort and convenience, we've included a bonus room with a crib (crib sheet NOT included) for the little ones and a designated workspace.
But the charm doesn't end there. Step outside into the private backyard, a tranquil outdoor oasis with a dining area for relaxation or entertaining. The parking area behind the home accommodates up to three cars or SUVs, ensuring added convenience.
Located just a short drive from the eclectic shops and restaurants on South Grand, this home provides easy access to a diverse range of entertainment and dining options!
Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
This unit is NOT pet friendly.
If you do not honor our pet policy you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Visited St. Louis to celebrate our daughter’s birthday with friends and family. This house was perfect for our small family, and had plenty of space to let our little one run around and play. The crib was an added bonus, as we didn’t need to travel with a pack and play. The property was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped to cook a few meals during our stay. Location is wonderful! Only a few blocks to Tower Grove Park for a daily walk, with coffee shops on the way. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was very clean, comfortable and modern, and had plenty of space for the four of us. The location is excellent – it's centrally located, very safe, and a short walk to Tower Grove Park, which has pleasant walking trails, pickleball/tennis courts, and a large farmers market on Saturdays. I had a question for the manager, and it was answered quickly via the messaging feature on the VRBO app. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.
