Great rustic cabin feel, amazing deck to sit out on and enjoy the sounds, sights of the River. Very quiet and peaceful setting tucked back into the forest. Easy access off of the interstate and was a perfect location for cycling the Palouse to Cascades Trail and even a trip in to Seattle to take in a Mariners game. A wonderful weekend, bummed to have to leave, look forward to trying to make it back.

Very well appointed VRBO, as it relates to the little stuff (Kleenex, spices, misc kitchen utensils, etc.), a step above most places we’ve stayed….highly recommend this property!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our 3 night visit. The cabin was very comfortable and fully stocked with everything you should need for cooking. We enjoyed the beautiful setting along the river, even getting in some flyfishing a few times. We extensively used the deck, cooked 2 nights on the grill, and used the deck heater and fire pit. A few things to note during our stay. 1. While not critical for us, more of an inconvenience, the wifi was super slow and eventually went completely out. So take note, if you absolutely need to do work or have any internet addicted family members (not a problem for us), you may experience connection issues and be disappointed. 2. There were ants in the kitchen every day during our stay. Not a lot, but enough to keep watch with any food stored in the counters. 3. Onr of the propane tanks ran out, and rather than swapping it out for another of the 3 deck items using propane (fire pit, grill, heater), it would be nice if a spare was kept on hand. 4. We stayed during Memorial Day weekend, the first weekend of the busy season. The grass hadn't been mowed for the season and was shin deep. Would have been nice to lay out on the back lawn. 5. Lastly, as is probably the case for many other locations along the river, the property is a base for Canadian geese who like to do their thing on the lawn. So if you have little ones or walk your pets (on leash), note that you'll need to clean up the goose mess.All in all a wonderful stay at the riverside cabin.

I stayed here with 3 friends for a ladies weekend. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all the necessary items we needed. We loved relaxing on the swinging bench by the river. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Great for families too!
