The space
Welcome to Manchaca Manor, a fully-furnished 5-bedroom, three-full-bathroom house with a pool, located on a spacious 1-acre lot in the southeast corner of Austin, in the charming area of Manchaca. With 3,169 square feet of living space, our home offers a plethora of amenities, including a cave, walking trails, gazebo, fire pits, and ample parking for at least 7 cars. Inside, you'll find two dining rooms, two living rooms, two patios, dedicated WFH (Work From Home) space, and even a garden.
The pool invites you for a refreshing dip, offering an ideal space to relax after a day of adventure. Our home is ideal for various occasions, whether it's team corporate housing, family and friend gatherings, wellness retreats, research teams, or groups attending events like ACL/SXSW/AFROTECH, or simply for a relaxing vacation. As a temporarily relocated family, we're excited to share our slice of paradise in response to the limited availability of rentals in this bustling city.
Welcome to a true home away from home! As residents of this beautiful area, we embrace the natural surroundings, which may include encountering some friendly spiders, scorpions, or even hearing the occasional coyote or being visited by deer. Please note that we don't have full-time housekeeping staff, but rest assured, our home is meticulously prepared for your arrival.

The minimum stay is 2 nights, we have two specials for minimum 6 nights (a 20+% discount is applied at checkout) and this house can be rented on a monthly basis and long term (40+% discount), all bills paid - including pool service and grounds keeping.
