This brand new, very spacious and charming apartment is located in Morro de São Paulo, in an exclusive and private condominium. A few steps from Praça Aureliano Lima and a few minutes walk from Praia Porto de Cima and Primeira Praia, it is at the beginning of the main street with lots of restaurants and shops, as well as a supermarket and the pier and port very close by. Very calm and peaceful place. The condominium, located at the top of the hill, surrounded by nature, accessible by a some flights of stairs, has a communal swimming pool, with sun loungers, chairs and tables and a beautiful garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, toaster) in a common space and a fabulous balcony with pool and sea views. The outdoor space has sun loungers and 4 chairs and a table to enjoy a beautiful meal whenever you want. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedroom. We provide sheets and towels as well as a hairdryer.
