Modern, comfortable villa "Villa Aisha". In the centre of Playa del Inglés, in a central, busy position. Private: property (fenced), swimming pool (4 x 4 m, depth 150 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. In the house: air conditioning. Public parking on the road. Shop, supermarket 200 m, bus stop "Shopping Center Cita" 10 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 35 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
