Spacious 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom unit is fully renovated with fresh newer appliances and amenities. Big kitchen, laundry in unit. 5 mile to SeaTac Airport. 3 minute drive to 405 freeway. 5 minute to Boeing, Renton Landing and lots of shops and restaurants! 15 minute drive to Bellevue, 20 minute to Seattle.

We have a spacious bedroom with following:
- Queen bed with Firm mattress (Guests are always asking where to buy!)
- 100% cotton high quality white linens
- Two night stands (end tables)
- Alarm clock
- Closet with lots of hangers
- Dresser
For extra sleeping, we have sofa bed in the living area. We provide blanket and extra pillow. Very easy to set up and convert. All instructions are in house manual.

- This unit is one of the unit in four-plex apartment building. 2nd Story. Approx. 550 sqft.
- Convenient stacked laundry machine in the unit.
- Big windows in each rooms give you plenty of natural light.
- We have full size bathtub.
- Dining table and 4 chairs.
- 600Mbps free WiFi (Speed can vary based on location/Wireless connection)

- Full kitchen essentials, coffee maker, toaster
- Dishwasher, washer/dryer, Stove oven, Fridge, Microwave and Patio/Deck

- No unregistered guests. If there is visitor, please pre-arrange with host. Thank you.

- For longer stay than 28 days, we ask for refundable security deposit.
