About this cabin rental
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our home has you feeling you've stepped back to a simpler time. It has modern amenities with an old fashioned comfort feel. The side deck to sit and enjoy the quiet of the Ponderosa Pines. BBQ on the deck. Fun places
are close; Twain Harte(19 min), Strawberry(15 min), Pinecrest(9 min),Dodge Ridge(15 min), or Columbia Historic State Park. Fishing at Lyons Dam & Beardsley Lake. Board games & WIFI will keep you connected also.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house to enjoy all the comforts of home.
HOUSE is for sale 6/1/25. Agents and potential buyers will not disturb you during your stay.
Additional rules
1) Please turn off both heaters.
2) We have replacement towels priced at $10 bath towel, $5 hand towel, $2 washcloths; If any towels are destroyed and/or missing, guests will be charged.
3) Please read wood stove warning & instructions at binder on counter.
4) Garage is not for playing, hazards present.
5) We have security cameras monitoring the front door, back door & garage doors to ensure compliance with our occupancy limits, pet policies and security for our guests. Tampering with cameras from performing their function (i.e. obstructing their view) will be grounds for immediate termination of agreement and immediate vacating of property with no refund.
6) WIFI not guaranteed to work as we are in the mountains. Doesn't work well for zoom type live internet functions.
7) Quiet time outside is 9pm to 8am.
8) No open fires.
9) In winter weather: beware that ice is slippery and you may fall.
10) No parties are allowed!

My family & I stayed at the house for two nights. Spacious house & short drive to Dodge Ridge Ski Resort.

Family trip to the snow had a wonderful time quick drives to Snow Park, plenty of parking space, fully stocked kitchen all necessities to cook home meals plenty of room to accommodate everyone in our party, house warm and cozy. That’s more comfortable. Plenty of towels to take a shower. Internet connection good plenty of space for kids to explore, and play outside. Our family enjoyed our vacation. We will definitely be booking again.

Everything was clean and ready as described. Easy access to where we wanted to fish and all 4 of us had a good time. I would definitely go there again. Chris
