We had a great experience overall. The location was very convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We were very excited as the view of the mountains were breath taking. We were visiting for NYE and were hopeful we would have an amazing view of some fire works. Unfortunately, our view was of the “pool” and any view of downtown Gatlinburg was blocked by the other condos in the unit. We were excited as the outside common area with fire pits had a great view of downtown and of the fireworks and drone show. Unfortunately, this common area was closed off at 10pm nightly and we couldn’t get in. Hence, we had no view and this was rather upsetting considering this was a main reason we booked the condo.

The condo was very clean and the view did not disappoint! The pool/hot tub and fire pits were a great plus and the property as a whole was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely come back if we were to visit again.

Staff very helpful when we experienced ants in our condo. Situation was addressed by staff coming with spray and ant bait traps soon after call placed to office.
