The house has been recently renovated in a cozy Greek style, combining traditional Greek charm with modern elements that promise an unforgettable stay. The property can accommodate up to four people and is situated on the first floor, featuring a picturesque balcony offering spectacular views of Alinda Bay and a beautiful, exotic garden.

It is just a few meters from the beautiful Krithoni Beach, where you can swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea. The famous Mylos tavern, one of the best seafood restaurants in Greece, is just a 2-minute walk away. Also nearby is the traditional, vegetarian-friendly café “Stis Annas,” serving all kinds of drinks, breakfast, and lunch, right on the beach. If you’d like to explore more on foot, you can visit Alinda Bay, which features a beautiful beach and many bars and restaurants, or Agia Marina, the island’s second port, which also has many cafes, bars, shops, and restaurants.

The house is fully furnished and has two bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds—as well as a bathroom. A large, fully equipped traditional kitchen, a cozy living room, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning are all at your disposal. Outside, there is plenty of parking space for your vehicle.
