About this house rental

THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOUSE! Enjoy the feeling of being at home in this updated cozy house in South Huntsville! Great school district for High School, middle and elementary. Safe neighborhood. Just minutes from downtown and Redstone Arsenal. Lots of shopping and great restaurants within a few minutes drive. Lots of upgrades in the house and fully stocked kitchen. There is a large yard and nice patio in the courtyard with a charcoal grill. This home is just waiting for you to enjoy it. NO SMOKING POLICY STRICTLY ENFORCED W A $750 FINE. SMOKING OUTSIDE IS PERMITTED ONLY IF BUTS ARE CLEANED UP
