We rented this unit to attend RBC golf tournament. Easy 2 mile bike ride to course, but we could have taken a bus to the course as well (across the street). Clean and very comfortable. Only issue was no provided Kleenex which is normally provided in other units I have rented.

The house was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with all utensils and appliances you might need. The master bedroom is large with an updated en-suite and large closet. The other two bedrooms are also good. The living room is particularly comfortable with the large sectional sofa and the good size TV.The house is near the entrance into Sea Pines on a quiet street. I found this location convenient for groceries, shopping and visiting the area. The deck is on the smallish side and there is no real backyard, but the vacant property next door is great for taking the dog out or letting kids play. We were there for a cold February and March and the heating system worked very well. The house was a bit dark during our time, but that is probably a good thing once summer heat kicks in. Property management provided good service at arrival and responded quickly to a couple of requests later on.Overall this was a ggod chice that we recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location, weather, amenities and space. We had four adults and it was a great space for us with everyone having their own bedroom and bath and plenty of space to hang out and fix meals together. The kitchen was well supplied and we enjoyed the connection to Xplorie. My only suggestions for improvement would be that the bedroom carpeting needs replaced and the flooring deep cleaned. We are not shoes in the house people and we noticed the need for deep cleaning on our feet and socks. Otherwise - highly recommended.

This home was wonderful! Perfect for our family to rent after being displaced by hurricane Helene. It had all of the comforts of home. Everything about the actual house, neighborhood, etc was great. Only negative was dealing with the property management company— they sent us full check in instructions via email and then called the next day asking where we were. After explaining we had arrived the previous day, as scheduled, they acted shocked that we were able to access the home without coming to their offices in person to sign yet another contract (we had already paid in full and had been emailed the door code and all instructions). It was very strange and an added stressor after having to evacuate our home. They then sent us a message Thursday wishing us “safe travels tomorrow” despite the fact that we had rented through Saturday, which was another added stressor making us question whether there had been a misunderstanding about dates. All in all just not easy to deal with. But the actual house was absolutely fantastic. Pictures really don’t do it justice!
