About this house rental
Waterfront bungalow home off Las Olas Fort Lauderdale blocks from restaurants & shopping. 1 mile walk to the beach. Beautiful Key West style home with top of the line furnishings and amenities. Spend the day watching boats pass by while on your private 50 foot dock or enjoy the day in your back yard pool. Bring your own watercraft toys and keep them high and dry on your own personal launch floating dock. (Up to 3 Jet Ski, WaveRunner and PWC can be kept on the floating dock)
The property includes outdoor cameras for security purposes (Front entrance, front porch, side gate, back porch, backyard, dock) and NoiseAware sound level monitoring system.
Guests assume full responsibility for their use of kayaks, bicycles, paddle boards, pool toys, pool equipment, docks, dock ladders, boats, personal water craft and any other amenities provided. It is important to note that swimming in the pools or any water within or near the premises is also done at your own risk.
Other Things to Note:
Driveway can fit up to 3 cars. Cars parked on the street will be towed.
We have scheduled weekly maintenance workers e.g. Pest control, lawn care, pool maintenance and A/C maintenance that may need access to the yard. They will not disturb you or interrupt your stay in any way.
Please be aware that we regularly apply insecticide to the premises to control bugs and insects. Nevertheless, if you happen to encounter any small bugs, please remember that Florida has a sub-tropical climate. To minimize the likelihood of this, kindly ensure that all doors remain closed.
The Neighborhood:
Due to Broward County ordinances, we can NOT allow any street parking due to this property being a vacation rental. There is also a noise ordinance in effect starting at 10pm every night, so please remember to remain respectful of all our neighbors after this time.

Four forty something women enjoyed a wonderful stay for 3 nights. There was a bed available for all of us, very comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was very nice. The pool was very refreshing and sitting on the dock was very calming. The location is perfect. We were able to walk in one direction 1.5 miles to Las Olas Beach and 1-2 miles in the other direction for dining/drinks, river walk, etc Highly recommend!

I stayed at this property with a group of girlfriends. The pros - location is close to many things in the area, check in overall was easy, 3 full bathrooms were nice for getting ready.
Cons - property needs repairs. Outdoor area is very very run down, misc broken furniture, bathrooms not clean, pool was dirty and no skimmer provided. Pictures are not accurate of pool area/outdoor furniture.
Overall - wouldn’t recommend to a friend and wouldn’t return. I relayed all this to the owner before posting this review and was not offered any sort of refund for this stay.
