Welcome to your cozy home away from home! This spacious 1 bedroom apartment with an elegant queen sized bed & walk-in closet has all that you'll need to enjoy your stay. Private parking in front. 1 block from Downtown with dozens of restaurants, 4 breweries, 3 night clubs, live music, antique shops, cigar bar & scooter rental and more. 15 minutes from Tarpon Springs, 25 minutes from Palm Harbor & 40 minutes from Tampa Intl Airport
Both TV's have 60+ channels. The TV in the living room has a ROKU set up and if you have a subscription you should be able to access your favorite pay channels.
My name is Ken and I live next door and I will hand you the keys when you arrive. This home has a Smart Key door lock and the key is changed after each stay for added security. No previous tenant will have had the same key that I give you.
If you have a small pet (25 Lbs or less) there will be an additional fee of $200 per stay.
