The property has great views both to the east and the west of Playa Azul. The bedroom is air conditioned and if you leave the wooden front door open with the gate locked you get a great cross breeze through the common areas. I do recommend bringing electric lanterns in case of power outages. There were two while we were there, but that's a Puerto Rico problem rather than a property problem.There's a bank right outside the gate. You can get to Playa Monserrate and Los Kioskos without having to get back on to PR-3. Across PR-3 there's a supermarket, a Walgreens, McDonald's

From the front door and the balcony the views are incredible. A very economical way to enjoy the beauty of Puerto Rico. We were very happy.

The best part was the location. The beach is right outside and a great pool, nearby restaurants, and things to do. The apartment needs a deep cleaning and many updates. The wifi was a nightmare. I had to purchase an extra hotspot on my cellphone to be able to work or watch TV.
