Cozy townhome with backyard retreat! Minutes to wineries and downtown.

My close friend and I went to Livermore for a wine tasting weekend. Ann’s property was a wonderful home base for us! Ann was a great communicator and easy to get a hold of.Cleanliness is my number one requirement, and this rental was absolutely immaculate! One of the two nights of our stay we stayed in and cooked, and loved that there's a gas stove. We also made good use of the washer and dryer which are excellent. We spent some relaxation time in the back patio area which is very spacious and private. We were both quite pleased with the beds, which are very comfortable!The location is about 5 minutes from everything we needed, grocery store, gas station, movie theater, restaurants - and about 10 minutes from both wineries we visited. Great location, and the neighborhood is lovely! I definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Walking distance to the Thursday night farmers market and bike trail. Very clean and a comfortable backyard to sit and have drinks or a bite to eat. We made lemonade with lemons off of the tree and in general had a great stay.

This cozy and adorable little spot was not only comfortable, clean to stay in but had everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked from dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker to bathroom towels and products. We travel to the area for family and work and will definitely be booking again. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.

This was our 3rd time to stay at this VRBO. As always before, the house was clean and delightful. The kitchen was excellent; the Bosch dishwasher had a problem that was quickly fixed the next day. The LG washer and dryer worked very well. I say this every time because it brings so much joy: I love sitting on the red couch with a cup of coffee and watching the light of the morning sun flood the entire eating and cooking space. I also really appreciate the thermostat: easy to use & quick to respond. Each of the beds has a new 15” mattress - thank you . Lots of extra pillows and blankets available in the upper shelf of the bedroom closets.
