The host went above and beyond to be accomodating for us.
The property was amazing for what we needed for our stay in Manly.
The property is in a stunning location right across from the beach and easy to walk everywhere easily.

Location, location, location
Only the main bedroom and living/dining room had ceiling fans. One bedroom had pedestal fan. One had nothing.
Lack of power points in an older property was expected. However, there were no double adapters or power boards to overcome this issue.
No mosquito screens.
The following are cleaning/maintenance issues: Blown light bulb in main bedroom and very dust covered fan blades. Unwashed coffee cups in cupboard.
Not a single door shut easily or at all.
The bathroom door was particularly difficult.
This did not create a great vibe for the start of our 5 night stay.
