L'appartamento si trova a 2 minuti a piedi da Corso Italia, inizio isola pedonale per il centro e a 2 minuti dal mare. Si trova di fronte ad un parco cittadino e la notte è silenzioso. La casa è molto ben arredata, nuova, pulita e con tutte le comodità, compresa la macchina per il caffè (nescafè dolce gusto se volete portarvi le cialde). Letti comodi, acqua caldissima e con un ottimo getto per doccia. Sotto casa ci sono un sacco di posti auto gratuiti, e se non si trova posto ce ne sono molti altri poco lontano lungo la strada che costeggia il mare. A circa 700 mt (attorno alla darsena) ci sono un sacco di localini per mangiare o fare un aperitivo. Ottima comunicazione con il proprietario molto cordiale.
Forse ci vorrebbe un microonde... ma non è significativo sul giudizio.

Casa pulitissima! SUPER ACCESSORIATA! L’auto una volta parcheggiata nn serve più hai tutto a portata di mano. Negozi ristoranti mare!
