Um ponto forte alem dos ar-condicionado e o imóvel possui maquina para lavar roupas que e ótimo pra quem fica um período maior e pra quem fica tempo menor pois as roupas secam no msm dia, para quem vai de carro super bem localizado onde vc consegue rodar varios ligares na regiao, e pra quem vai de aviao ou onibus ainda sim e uma regiao muito privilegiada, muito acessível para pegar uber e chegar nos lugares qualquer horario.
