Сама вилла очень хорошо задумана, неплохой проект. Много места, отличный бассейн, большая зона патио. Удобные комнаты, кухня. Отличный вид с любой точки. Хорошо продумано освещение.
Цена не соответствует состоянию. Вилла относительно свежая (2021 год), но огромное количество сломанного и изношенного. Никто не занимается сервисным обслуживанием: часть сантехники сломана, мебель изношена и с дефектами. Дверь в ванную комнату не закрывается. Пляжные полотенца протерты. Посуда колотая, ящики сломаны. Некоторые розетки вырваны. Все это не сложно и не дорого устранить. Но собственник предпочитаем просто получать ренту и ничего не делать. Фото прикладываю.
