La ubicación es magnífica en pleno centro y todo está cerca. El agua del hidromasaje la cambian a diario y el desayuno está bien para empezar el día.

Excelente ubicación del hotel, al estar en el centro permitió tener acceso a múltiples alternativas de restaurantes, iglesias, cafeterías, servicios turísticos, etc. Muy bueno también el desayuno y los adicionales (con pago extra) que ofrecía, complementado con una excelente atención y amabilidad del personal del hotel.
Existió un poco de ruido durante la noche (parte posterior del hotel), lo cual afectó el tener un descanso más confortable.

El wifi no servía, se fue la luz , hubo una pelea con huéspedes en la madrugada no dejaron dormir, música alta, una de las habitaciones tenía olor a cloaca
