Lovely staff, so accommodating. Amazing pool on the rooftop with beautiful view of city palace. Room was super clean and was cleaned every day with new towels and bed made so neatly. 10/10 stay and would highly reccomend to anyone looking for a peaceful haven away from the busy streets! Also, we were celebrating our anniversary and they made it so special by delivering a cake to our room. They really go above and beyond.

The best hotel location rooftop bar and food restro room view pool cleanthiness beyond my expectation they even provided me complimentary pint of beer which was included in my package i loved Udaipur because of my stay here

The location was excellent

The 60 or so steps to reach the hotel reception were difficult for my elderly mother. There should be a clear sign that this is what you need to do. The windows face on to the courtyard, so with the blinds open, you had zero privacy and therefore had to keep the blinds down and then have no natural light in the room. The shower room had a very poor finish on tiling and woodwork. It needed hooks for your towels.
