Very good location in the city centre (you can plan your old city center visit by foot from here, just remember: Lisbon is called the city of seven hills not just for fun). Neighborhood seem to be very calm and safe. Large appartment, tidy and well equipped (mini nespresso machine, washing machine, dishwasher etc). Very good communication with the owners. Comfortable self check-in, supermarket very nearby where you can comfortably buy all needed stuff.
As Central European, I don’t handle heat very well so AC could be helpful, but I knew what I am renting, plus I was sleeping with all windows opened. And that’s a little catch. It’s calm outside in terms of people, but can be pretty noisy (especially with windows opened) because of local traffic. It’s difficult though to expect something different having in mind the very good location and proximity of city center. So overall, for me it’s just positive trade off.

It was easy to check it and check out.
The washing machine was broken. The host did not react properly on our notice about the broken washing machine. The dishes and the kettle in the kitchen were broken too.
