Good location with lovely Views & easy access to local beaches & walking paths, lots of steps/hills though

Kitchen well equipped with utensils, crockery, washer/dryer, small fridge
Arrival basket was nice touch (mainly cleaning items), few coffee/teabags sachets, Ecclecakes

Stairs to and bedding area, roof height was far lower than expected, had to kneel on floor in this area with difficulty getting in/out of bed. People with mobility difficulties likely to struggle
Shower drain was filthy,towels, nice quality, towel rail didn't work,1 roll of poor quality toilet roll for a week.
Kitchen floor dusty with cobwebs to cupboard bases
The bbq was filthy which we didn't use
Sofa in lounge area is a sofa bed which hadn't been fixed adequately on sitting down the whole back area of it fell backwards and contributed to a body jolt.
Could do with more storage for clothing e.g cube shelving to maximise space for visitors items
