Short stay in January
We stayed in house F . Very good apartment. Comfortable bed and great shower. Nice kitchen. Good location between the beach and the old city. Many restaurants and bars around. Local feel. Well connected with public transport to the centre. Easy to check in and out. No keys. All digital with the code received via a link. You just share your location and then slide unlock on the webpage and the door unlocks itself. (First timers must pay attention 😉 and there is no clear instruction on the webpage what to do. So Just slide “ the unlock” and you get the door open.)
The airco could not be turned into heating and so the house was freezing cold with no way to warm it up. For the rest all was very nice. Great for 2-3 nights stay( not for longer due to no windows ( only light coming from outside is from the milk glass of the front door. Small window opens directly to the street )

The apartment design is nice, but we were not able to get any rest here.
The design was really nice, and the kitchen was above our expectations.
These apartments are located on the lowest level of a condominium building and were essentially converted from commercial premises into apartments. As a result, only a glass wall separates them from the street. What was even more disturbing, however, was that our apartment shared a direct wall with the main entrance of the building. Instead of sleeping, we had to listen to the metal entrance door slamming until 2 a.m., and then again from 6 a.m.

Nice stay, recommend!
Apartment was nice, clean, everything that was needed! For us, perfect location, the sea is close as well as the park and city centre. Shop is near, metro station, perfect.
A bit surprised its on the first floor, enternance straight away on the street, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Great aparts for a week!
Everything was new, clean and beautiful! Cozy and comfy interior with various light sources. Soft pillows an the bed. Very good TV in front of a couch that can be transformed to a bed - evenings with netflix after a long walking were great. Great location near metro and digital way to open a door - that was cool, but don't get your phone discharged =]
Bed was too small (140x180), I am 183cm tall, but mattress was good. Coffe machine didn't work (not a problem at all).

very nice apartment with a lovely host
good location for where i was working some nice cafes and restaurants close walk, very nice apartment very comfortable bed and area with plenty of room for a couple nights stay. host allowed me to leave my bags while it was being cleaned as well as check in early
i didn't like the key situation the door auto locks and is unlocked using my phone which i felt could be unreliable or if i left my phone inside i couldn't get back in would rather a key
