7 / 10Good·Oct 2026
The apartment (apart-studio) is very comfortable, has lots of closet space and a very ample bathroom with great shower.
The location is not ideal. If you travel by car, parking is very troublesome. The apartment is advertised with parking but there is never availability at any price so the default is parking on the street which is very difficult to get and very inconvenient, if you can find it. Not recommended.

Very nicely appointed ground level apartment in central Valencia. Lots of facilities inc. wifi, fridge, cooking facilities, microwave, washing m/c, a/c, toaster, kettle etc. Nice bathroom. Nice bedding.
Accessing the site was a little complicated (for older guests) as it required a mailed link & iphone digital key. Owner was responsive close to check-in time, but unable to arrange access info in advance. Although we found parking in the street after a short time, the public parking arrangements were a little unreliable (typical for Spain). I would rate the apartment higher except for these issues.
