Luxury Condo Near NYC, MetLife & American Dream

The condo was nice and cozy. Great location, near American Dream and New York.

We have some challenges to find parking for the building.

There really wasn’t anything wrong with the property

It was comfortable

Difficulty in the check in process. I was given a code for the lock box and there were 3 identical boxes hanging on the fence. They should be marked in some form. The code for the door was not sent at time of arrival. A picture of the parking spot that was supposed to have been sent was not sent and so was confusing. I was told of a parking permit to place in my car which was never found. A urine stained mattress was in a closet that should have been disposed of so i didn’t have to see it. There wasn’t enough toilet paper available for a five night stay. The ice maker didn’t work. I was threatened with a $250 fine if I didn’t return the parking pass which was never found. The Condo was not furnished as one would expect a ‘Luxury Condo’ to be furnished…i.e…inexpensive nightstands. Towel bar was loose on wall and handle to shower door came off in south bedroom. North bedroom had a top sheet, south bedroom had no top sheet or pillow cases. The thermostat was set up in Spanish
