The Odd Frog

The photos sold us on the property but experiencing it was a whole other level. Location is perfect, close enough to the town centre but also in a quiet and scenic spot. All the essentials plus more provided. Super cozy with stunning views and local wildlife active around the property.

Everything was perfect for a winter getaway.

Odd Frog is on top of a hill with beautiful views of Bright and adjacent to Huggins lookout track. It’s nestled within nature, so spotting local roos next to your stay is easy. Birds also come by on the treetops. The property is modern, comfortable and has plenty of amenities to use and enjoy. We especially liked the bath bomb treat, eco choice of thank you beauty products to use along with the treat of two dark chocolate frogs. The extra towels to allow for bath spa use was also great. And communication was prompt and clear from Cal. I also enjoyed the three bin system, encouraging sustainability which is often left out by most. Watching nature and the stars from the balcony was magnificent too.

We stayed in Treehouse 3 at The Odd Frog and had an incredible experience. The views were absolutely amazing and the whole place was so comfortable and relaxing. We especially loved the fireplace, it made the stay feel extra cosy and perfect for unwinding. Everything about the treehouse was thoughtfully done and made for a really memorable getaway. The most perfect location also. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Bright!

Quirky and unique and in a great location. Close to town but surrounded by beautiful native bush land and birdsong. Comfortable and cosy and well equipped.
