HVAC and internet worked well, location is great. Nice to have 2 bathrooms as most cabins up there only have 1.
No electricity for 1/3 of one day (approx. 4p-10p), was told possible to get a partial refund but no response/update provided. Was told there was a snow shovel under the rear porch, but none to be found, and it snowed of course. No bath wash cloths provided, even after we requested. Projector TV not working well, right side of projector faded a bit indicating unit may be failing. Downstairs bathroom lighting dimmed as our stay progressed, and was very dim towards the end of our stay, indicating possible electrical issue.
