Sve je bilo odlično. Apartman je presladak, funkcionalan i ima sve što vam je potrebno! Domaćica izuzetno fina, sve smo se lako dogovorile.

Apartman je bio izuzetno čist, uredan i opremljen. Lokacija je odlična, blizu svih sadržaja na Bjelašnici. Udobnost apartmana je vrhunska. Domaćini su bili ljubazni, dostupni i jako uslužni. Sve je bilo kao na slikama, čak i bolje. Topla preporuka svima koji žele kvalitetan boravak.

Nemam nikakvih zamjerki.

السكن جميل، أنيق ومرتب ومجهز بعناية، وموقعه على تلة هادئة وقريب من مناطق الفعاليات. The accommodation is beautiful, elegant, tidy, and thoughtfully equipped. It is located on a quiet hill and is close to the main activity areas.

الشقة صغيرة ومناسبة عمليًا لشخصين فقط، وهي عبارة عن استديو بدون غرفة نوم، ولا تتسع بشكل مريح لعائلة من أربعة أشخاص. لا يوجد تكييف أو مروحة، والنافذة الثانية بلا شبك للحشرات، كما لا توجد أجهزة طاردة للحشرات، مما تسبب بدخول الحشرات ليلًا. كذلك، التلفاز لا يعمل بشكل طبيعي إلا بعد فصل قابس الكهرباء وإعادة توصيله. أما تجربة المغادرة فكانت مؤسفة جدًا. حجزنا 3 ليالٍ، وبعد أن تفاجأنا بحجم السكن، طلبنا إلغاء ليلتين، ولم تتم الموافقة على ذلك، ثم تم قبول إلغاء الليلة الأخيرة فقط. وأثناء تسليم الشقة، وُجهت إلينا ملاحظات بشأن النظافة، وكان أسلوب الحديث حادًا مع رفع الصوت، رغم أننا تركنا الشقة نظيفة، ولدينا صور وفيديو توثق حالتها عند المغادرة. كما فوجئنا بطلب 10 يورو رسوم تنظيف بسبب عدم وضع الأطباق في غسالة الصحون، وهي رسوم لم تكن واضحة لنا ضمن الشروط المعروضة عند الحجز. تتابع هذه الأحداث جعل نهاية الإقامة غير مريحة لنا، خصوصًا بعد عدم الموافقة على إلغاء الليلتين وقبول إلغاء الليلة الأخيرة فقط. وكان من المؤسف أن تنتهي إقامة في سكن جميل بهذه الطريقة The apartment is small and practically suitable for only two people. It is a studio without a separate bedroom and is not comfortably suitable for a family of four. There is no air conditioning or fan. The second window has no insect screen, and there are no insect-repellent devices, which resulted in insects entering the apartment at night. The TV also does not work properly unless the power plug is unplugged and reconnected. Unfortunately, the check-out experience was very disappointing. We originally booked three nights, but after being surprised by the size of the accommodation, we requested to cancel two nights. This was not approved, and only the final night was eventually accepted for cancellation. During the check-out, comments were made about the cleanliness, and the manner of communication was quite harsh, including raised voices, despite the fact that we left the apartment clean. We also have photos and videos documenting its condition when we left.
