The apartment is ideally located in the center and is very spacious. The decor, rather vintage, matches the photos.
However, the overall condition could use some attention: the front door and the balcony door do not open and close properly, and the living room rug definitely needs cleaning. The kitchen has no window and the extractor hood does not work. The bed is okay but ultimately quite basic. I would not recommend the apartment in winter, as the small radiator in the living room is insufficient for such a large space. Finally, the property manager is not very reliable. I asked for an invoice three times and am still waiting.

Расположение очень хорошее. Очень подробная и удобная инструкция по заселению. Очень хорошая и вежливая хостес.
В апартаментах очень сильно пахнет сигаретами, очень неприятный запах табака везде и всюду. Не хватало постельных принадлежностей, хотя мы завяли, что у нас 2 детей и 2 взрослых. Не хватило 1 пододеяльника и 1 наколочки. 1 простынь была не очень свежая... В апартаментах было очень прохладно.
