El apartamento era cómodo, estaba muy limpio y cumplía con lo que se anunciaba en la oferta. En general, la estancia fue agradable y encontramos todo lo necesario para estar bien.
El principal inconveniente fue el proceso de pago y check-in. Aunque teníamos una tarjeta registrada en Booking, nos solicitaron pagar por Nequi o transferencia bancaria ya que el pago no se debitaba directamente de Booking. Como la transferencia se hizo entre bancos diferentes, el pago no se reflejó de inmediato y no nos permitieron ingresar hasta que apareciera confirmado. Además, tuvimos que dejar un depósito adicional de $100.000, que posteriormente fue devuelto. La situación requirió varias llamadas y generó bastante incomodidad al llegar. Aunque el personal fue amable, faltó flexibilidad para entender que la demora dependía del sistema bancario. Este proceso puede ser especialmente complicado para huéspedes extranjeros que no utilizan medios de pago locales. También consideramos que el acceso puede resultar engorroso para una persona mayor, ya que requiere varias claves y llaves, y las instrucciones son suficientemente complejas como para necesitar un video explicativo.
