nice location with a lot of potential

The location is central but on a noisy street, coffee machine

bath needs some urgent renovation, looks really bad has no window ventilator does not to the job. Also not very clean for example if you turn the couch into a bed -> see pictures attached. Kitchen is from the 80ies...

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden, sehr sauber! Zu Fuß ist alles gut zu erreichen! Allgäuer Walser Pass war auch dabei!

sauber. tolle lage. gerne wieder.

schön eingerichtet. alles was man braucht, war genügend vorhanden (von toilettenpapier bis öl, essig, salz und pfeffer). tolles kaffeevollautomat. tolle lage. oberstaufen pluskarte ist einfach genial. sehr empfehlendswert. hund auch erlaubt gegen gebühr. sauber. gerne wieder. tolle kommunikation.

die wohnung war auch für 5 personen angeboten, aber es fehlte ein stuhl am tisch. daher konnte die 5. person nicht am tisch zusammen essen. wohnung ist eher für 4 personen geeignet. zwar tolle aussicht von oben, daher ein dachgeschosswohnung (3.OG) und deshalb nicht geeignet für große Hunde wegen den vielen Treppen. wir hatten berner sennenhund dabei.

Tolle Lage!

Tolle Lage Nähe Zentrum. Es war sehr sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt an der Wohnung. Die Staufen Plus Karte ist toll.

Viele Stufen bis zur Wohnung, kein Aufzug! Bad ist innenliegend ohne Fenster, riecht etwas! Dusche sehr klein. Bei vier Personen wären mehrere Schlüssel toll.

Perfekte Zentrale Lage und liebevoll eingerichtet Wohnung. Nathalie und Marco waren bei fragen jederzeit zu erreichen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen! Vielen Dank für alles!
