Villa Faturi
Villa Faturi is a modern stone villa with a private pool, wonderful panoramic views and a beautifully manicured garden. The interior of the villa is modern and designed with attention to detail. On the first floor there is a spacious living room, a dining room and a kitchen. There are also two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a balcony with views of the surrounding area. In the garden of the villa there is a terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Here you can enjoy a delicious meal outdoors. The large private pool provides refreshment on hot summer days. The sun loungers around the pool invite you to relax. Garden maintenance takes place every Thursday The villa is located in a quiet area near the village of Kringa. Kringa is located in central Istria and is only five kilometers away from Tinjan, the second largest village in the municipality of Tinjan. There was once a settlement on the site of the village of Tinjan in the Iron Age, which later developed into a Roman fortress. There are other villages in the hilly surroundings. The beautiful landscape of this region is ideal for horse riding, cycling and walking. Nearby is the beautiful town of Porec and many enchanting Istrian beaches. There are also numerous historical sites and other attractions to explore. From Porec you can take a boat trip to Venice. Pula, the largest city in Istria, and the Brijuni National Park are only 45 minutes away from the villa. The location of Villa Faturi is ideal for a relaxing vacation in central Istria.
