Villa Genia I is a beautiful terraced house surrounded by forest. The villa is located near Katun, about 12 kilometers from Porec and its beaches. The house was built in 2013 and furnished with high quality and rustic furniture. With more than 150 m2 on two floors, this villa can accommodate up to 8 people. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining room with terrace, living room with fireplace and a sofa bed for two more people, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor you will find two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a terrace. On the partially fenced property of 1000 m2 of garden and beautiful lawn there is a 24m2 private pool and sun loungers. There is also an outdoor shower, a large covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with family and friends. Villa Genia I is fully air-conditioned, equipped with satellite TV and WiFi. Our guests also have 3 parking spaces at their disposal. This villa is located in the small village of Katun near Baderna. Baderna is a charming, picturesque village in Istria near the famous town of Porec, which has won the tourist award as the Pearl of the Adriatic. Baderna is located 10 kilometers from the sea, secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet in a privileged location near the turn-off of the main tourist route in Istria. Everything you need is available: Post office, grocery store, gas station and a few restaurants. Tourist gems of Istria: Opatija, Rovinj, Pula, Trieste, Koper, Piran, Portoroz, Umag and Novigrad are less than an hour away.
