Location was great, nice quiet street. Good size bathroom and overall the room size was good too.
There was no live TV so had to run off apps and the internet was not reliable so interrupted the streaming. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the walls very thin and could hearing sneezing, coughing and conversations which went to midnight one night which was not ideal.

I loved my room, it was comfortably cool, had great little extras like an adjustable massage bed (what a treat I'm buying one of those for home), a complimentary bottle of very nice wine, an in-room mini fridge, and plenty of storage/cupboards where I could put my things away and enjoy a clutter free space to relax. Very clean and tidy and there was a lovely, shared full-service kitchen/dining room downstairs. The location is close to the shops, the beach and the community art centre.
I didn't like having to provide a photo of myself with my driver's license and credit card. There must be a better way to validate a guest's identity. I worry a bit how they manage storage and deletion of such sensitive personal data, and I'm concerned that having that information could become a breach of privacy laws. I hope they reconsider that process in the future.

Bottle of sparkling wine and water bottles provided.
No toilet door in a very small space - and a bed that was electronic and not comfortable to sleep on. Vibrated and tilted but not a satisfyng sleep.
