Appartement propre, calme, fonctionnel. Lorsque vous croyez qu'il manque quelque chose, en cherchant bien, vous le trouvez ! Lien entre appartement et garage (parking privé) par ascenseur très apprécié. Proximité de petits commerces de base et de la plage.
Vue très minime de la mer par dessus les toits. Quelques patères et barre de maintien dans la douche seraient les bienvenus dans la salle de bain.

Le volet roulant du living. On a eu du mal à déplier le canapé du living mais finalement on a réussi.

C’est un appartement assez central, tout est bien indiqué par le propriétaire (utilisation internet, accès).
Malheureusement nous avons trouvé l’appartement très sale à l’arrivée. Nous avons du faire un gros ménage. Le canapé lit était difficile à ouvrir et fermer.
