DAS Chalet mit Schlossblick in Wernigerode

Ein tolles Haus in einer wunderschönen Gegend mit top Ausblick auf das Schloss.

Nichts zu bemängeln!

Great location, everything was super clean and the chalet is very well equipped for groups up to 6 people. We felt right at home.

The interaction with the host was very pleasant on the phone but it’s important to note the host is not on site but manages everything though a local (very kind and helpful) employee onsite. Due to this, any question needs to be addressed via a phone call or text message to the host before any action is taken so it’s a bit cumbersome. Our booking included 6 people but there was only bedding for 4 provided. While it was addressed and fixed within 3 hrs after our arrival, we needed to call and text multiple times to get it addressed initially. We also had an issue with the guest cards which was never resolved and likely could have been fixed if someone knowledgeable was there onsite. Overall, if there was a local contact onsite who could be reached directly and immediately it would add to the personal experience of an otherwise perfect and exceptional place to stay

Unterkunft war Sauber & Ordentlich. Internet hat auch Super Funktioniert. Sehr freundliche Vermieter & auch die Hausdame war sehr freundlich. Es hat an nichts gefällt :)

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden :)
