The Annexe at Greendyke House

Lovely accommodation. Clean and modern decor and the location is fantastic. Great communication from the hosts before and during our stay.

The location is perfect- beautiful scenery plenty to do lots of walks around- not enough time to experience all of this during my short visit!

Perfect stay for a wedding at Bolton Abbey. Clean and comfortable with nice touches like yorkshire tea in the cupboard. Paul and Claire were fantastic hosts and went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.

The location was lovely. Great seeing lots of rabbits in the garden..Paul was very nice and friendly. The bedroom was nice and comfortable. The annexe looked lovely but wasn't very practical.

The kitchen space was not practical at all. I dont think it should be classed at self catering as there was no room to do anything. The photo of the utility room is deceiving as this is not with the Annexe. Personally, I'd take away the giant TV, move the sofa up and expand the kitchen. No structural work needed. The sofa wasn't very comfy. Needs another rug in lounge as we tripped over it so many times and couldn't get it to lay flat. Could do with a blind in the bathroom.
