The location is great, very close to Plage des Catalans, and the check-in process was easy and smooth.
The internet was not working during my stay, which forced me to purchase cellular data. As a result, Netflix was also not usable, as it requires an internet connection.
There was also a folder mentioning a Uma coffee place, along with two plastic tokens, but no explanation was provided. Only on my last day did someone at the café inform me that these tokens could be used for two free coffees. This should have been clearly communicated in advance through the booking messages.
