Andrea es un anfitrión Super atento y simpático. Nosotros rentamos un auto en Roma para llegar al alojamiento y él nos estaba esperando. Es muy complicado estacionarse en Roma y el anfitrión nos separó un lugar para poder estacionarnos justo enfrente. Excelente actitud y servicio!

The personnel was absolutely amazing, very communicative and helpful (we had our flight delayed and got there later than expected and the lady helped us happily to settle in, even at a very late hour). The location was absolutely amazing and near 3 bus stations (about 5 min away - we went to Rome for a concert and this was very helpful at night), very cosy atmosphere and quiet location (good for relaxation - we also had a small patio). The apartment was clean and well mentained with modern furniture and appliances . We will definitely be coming back soon.

The place is splendid, with incredible attention to details and even leaving us a little bottle of wine to enjoy. The rooms are very comfortable in a very spacious house.

The location is beautiful but is far from the historic center and it's difficult to arrive via public transport. We had to take taxis our entire stay and they can get very expensive in room with drivers taking the "scenic route".

The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived, so Andrea had to send a cleaner the next morning. The apartment needs extensive renovations, starting from the bathroom where the toilets flush was not working and it made a terrible noise the whole night. The shower is very bad, small and the shower head was not working properly. The apartment is dark since it is located under street level; you must have curtains closed at all time otherwise people can look inside. The kitchen is not a full kitchen and does not have ventilation so you cannot make proper food, only breakfast. Andrea is a very nice person but he needs to renovate this apartment and he should not have rented it out to us since he knew about all the faults of the apartment when we got there.
