Lujoso Condominio Tiburon a 3 Cuadras de la Playa

Great place if you want a quiet location that’s still close to everything. It’s an easy walk to a minimart, supermarket, beach, and restaurants, but without the noise and crowds you get right on the beach or along the Malecón. The kitchen is fully equipped, which was perfect for cooking a few meals. The pool isn’t huge, but it never felt crowded. It may not be super fancy, but it’s comfortable, well set up, and very good value overall.

The apartment and building were clean and well maintained, but they could use a bit of a refresh. Some areas like bathroom fixtures, walls, and a few kitchen items feel ready for updating. That said, the furniture and appliances like the TVs and fridge still look quite new and are in good condition.
